Who We Are:
MCB's Upper Room brings together arts and culture lovers in their 20s and 30s*, who make it their business to shake things up at South Florida's chicest affairs.

Successfully launched during the 2006-2007 Season, MCB's Upper Room seeks to cultivate interest in ballet among South Florida's growing class of young professionals. Moreover, the group aims to provide members with social and business networking opportunities.

2012-2013 Season Membership Perks:

  • One ticket to three Opening Night performances at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County**
    Program I on 10/19/12: Opening Night of the 12-13 Season, featuring a mixed bill including the steamy, tango-flavored Piazzolla Caldera (Paul Taylor)
    Program II on 1/11/13: A mixed-repertory program, featuring a World Premiere by Britain's hottest choreographer, Liam Scarlett
    Program III on 3/8/13: Alexei Ratmansky's Symphonic Dances enters our repertory after a one-nigh-only world premiere during the 11-12 Season -- plus fan favorites by George Balanchine
  • Schmoozing with fellow culture lovers are chic soirees, a season kick-off party, and the end-of-the-season celebration
